1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• You have received the wrong item

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at DEMO MAIL within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, product photo, and reason for return.
3. Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are Processed and credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
• The damaged and defective product , will be replaced / exchanged in 6 to 8 days after the verification is done by the silkaurawellness team .

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Gift cards, combo offers, or promotional items

5. Exchanges

We offer replacements for defective or incorrect products. The replacement will be shipped once the original item is returned.

6. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.
