We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.

1. How to Cancel

Email us at Demo Mail with your order number within 12 hours of placing it.

2. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can, however, request a return after receiving it (see Return Policy).

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days.
